When and how will I receive my voucher?+
The voucher is issued only after the payment has been verified. You will then find it on your order page, and we will send it to the email address entered when ordering. You can download the voucher as a PDF, print it or pass it on in electronic form.
Can I receive the voucher by post?+
Yes, you can choose a printed voucher when ordering. Postage is charged once per order, regardless of the number of vouchers; you can see the price in your basket before ordering. A complete delivery address is required for postal delivery. Delivery by email is free of postage.
How do I arrange the cruise date?+
The date is reserved through the reservation link that you will find on the voucher and on the voucher page. The reservation has to be made in advance, for the cruises offered at least one day before the cruise. The exact conditions are stated for each cruise.
How long is the voucher valid, and can the validity be extended?+
Every voucher has a fixed expiry date, which you can see at the cruise before ordering and on the voucher itself. The date differs by voucher and is not counted from the date of purchase. The validity of a voucher cannot be extended, so we recommend reserving the date well in advance.
