How to use your gift voucher
Choose a cruise, book your date online and bring your voucher. Here is everything you need before boarding.
From voucher to boarding in three steps
Book your date
Use the online booking form at least one day in advance. Phone bookings are not possible. If you need help, ask someone to complete the form for you.
Check your text message
On the day of your cruise, you will receive a text message with the boat name and pier number. Use these details to find your boarding point.
Bring your voucher
Bring your voucher printed out or on your phone. Then look forward to your cruise through Prague.
Cruise schedule
Choose a one-hour sightseeing cruise or a cruise with a buffet lunch or dinner. Vouchers do not cover other or special cruises. During the season from 01.05. to 30.09., at least one cruise has availability; booking is required one day in advance.

This schedule is a guide. The cruises and times offered for your chosen day and the exceptions below take precedence.
Good to know before you go
Boat assigned by the daily schedule
Your cruise may take place on a modern or historic boat or steamer. You cannot choose a specific boat; this depends on the daily cruise schedule.
Voucher validity
Voucher validity cannot be extended and the voucher cannot be exchanged for money.
Your booked date is binding
A date already booked cannot be changed. If you cannot attend in person, you may send someone else in your place.
If your cruise changes
- An online booking is required. If the cruise does not take place on your chosen date, we will contact you no later than the morning of the cruise.
- In cases of force majeure, we reserve the right to change the booked date, time or boat. We will notify you by phone no later than two hours before departure.
Book at least one day before your cruise. Bookings cannot be made by phone.
