These terms describe how the purchase of gift vouchers on DárkovéPoukazy.cz works. Please read them before submitting your order.

For questions about the purchase, delivery or use of a voucher, you can use the contact details on that page.
Subject of the purchase
The subject of the purchase is a gift voucher for a steamboat cruise in Prague. What a voucher includes and does not include is described on the page of the specific voucher.
The main vouchers are valid for two people. Accompanying persons are possible for an extra charge. Transport to the cruise location and services or products beyond the scope of the voucher are not included in the price.
The photographs shown with the vouchers are illustrative.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK) and are the price for the whole voucher. You see the price of all items and any postage in the cart and in the order before paying.
Payment is made via the payment service SumUp. The voucher is issued only after a successful payment has been verified.
Order and confirmation
You create an order by filling in your contact details and confirming that you agree to these terms. Until it is paid, the order remains unpaid and no voucher is issued. You can repeat the payment on the order page.
After the payment is verified, you will receive the voucher at the email address entered when ordering. The voucher is also available on the order page.
Delivery
We deliver the voucher electronically by email. On request, you can also choose a printed voucher sent by post, for which a complete delivery address must be provided.
Postage is charged once per order and is shown before payment.
Validity and date reservation
Every voucher has a fixed expiry date, which is stated at the voucher before ordering and on the voucher itself. The validity of a voucher cannot be extended.
The cruise date must be reserved in advance through the reservation link stated on the voucher, for the cruises offered at least one day in advance. Cruise times are stated for each voucher; the route is determined by the captain according to conditions on the river.
Changing the dedication and design
After ordering, you can change the dedication and design of the voucher using the link in your order email or on your order page. The voucher code does not change.

Rights arising from generally binding legal regulations are not affected by these terms.
